Hearty turkey-vegetable soup

Ingredients

| ¼ | cup | Reg.pearl barley |

| 1 | small | Onion, chopped |
| ¼ | cup | Chopped parsley |
| ½ | cup | Sliced carrots |
| ½ | cup | Chopped celery |
| ½ | cup | Whole kernel corn, drained |
| 1 | cup | Cooked cubed Turkey |
Directions
Combine stock, barley, salt, pepper, onion and parsley in a 3-quart saucepan; bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add more stock if necessary. Add celery and carrots; cook an additional 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Add corn and turkey; bring to a boil for about 2 minutes to heat through. Submitted By LOU RAMSAY On 02-12-95
