Hearty autumn soup

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Cans; (14oz.each) chicken or beef broth
1 can (14 1/2 oz) DEL MONTE FreshCut Diced Tomatoes with Basil; Garlic & Oregano
1 can (15 1/4 oz) DEL MONTE FreshCut Golden Sweet Whole Kernel Corn
1 can (15 1/4 oz) DEL MONTE FreshCut Green Lima Beans
1 cup Diced cooked chicken or beef
2 mediums Potatoes; pared and diced
1 medium Onion; chopped
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce; (opt)

Hi everyone I got this recipe from Del Monte. It is very good, everyone here likes it alot. Sorry it is not formatted. Don't have the software to do it. Wouldn't know how even if I did.

In large saucepan or soup pot, combine all ingredients. Bring to boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Ladle into soup bowls. Serve with Parmeasan cheese, if desired.

We usually use chicken instead of beef seems to taste better that way. Plus I use homemade stock instead of canned. Also I use plain diced tomatoes and just add the spices myself. This is an excellent soup, I think. Hope you enjoy it, we do.
