Creamy turkey vegetable soup ^

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 small Onion, chopped
2 tablespoons Butter or margarine
2 cups Water
2 \N Chicken bouillon cubes
2 cups Diced cooked turkey
½ cup Chopped celery
1½ cup Diced potatoes
1 cup Diced carrots
2½ cup Milk
2 tablespoons Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Pepper

Saute onion in butter until clear. Add water, bouillon, turkey and vegetables. Cover and boil gently until vegetables are tender. Add a small amount of milk to the flour, stir until smooth. Add remaining milk, salt and pepper. Stir into soup. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until soup thickens slightly. Serve.
