Hash brown supreme

Yield: 9 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Package frozen hash brown
Potatoes
1 can Cream of chicken soup
2 cups Sour cream
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
1 medium Onion; finely chopped
¼ cup Butter; melted
2 cups New york sharp cheddar
Cheese; grated
2 cups Corn flakes; crushed
¼ cup Butter; melted

Combine first 7 ingredients and pack in a 13x9 inch ungreased baking dish. Sprinkle top with grated cheese and crushed corn flakes, then dribble melted butter over top. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes.
