Hamburger zucchini casserole

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 quart Zucchini
½ pounds Hamburger
½ cup Cooked rice
½ cup Stewed tomatoes
1½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Cook zucchini in a little water until tender. Drain well and place in a buttered casserole. In a large skillet, fry hamburger, drain off excess grease. Cover squash with hamburger and add rice.
