Zucchini casserole

½cupChopped onion
1eachCan cream of chicken soup
1cupSour cream
4ouncesShredded sharp chedder
8ouncesPkg. herb seasoned stuffing
½cupMelted butter

Directions

Cook zucchini in amount of water until just tender, crisp. Do not over cook-drain and combine other ingredients. Combine stuffing mix with melted butter.

Put half in bottom of buttered casserole dish. Put zucchini mixture over this. Top with remaining stuffing mix. Bake 350 1 hour.
