Zucchini and squash casserole

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 mediums Zucchini; sliced
2 mediums Squash; sliced
1 large Onion sliced into rings and separated
2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese; (2 to 3)

Spray casserole dish with Pam. Layer ½ of each of the above listed ingredients in order listed, then repeat. Bake in 350 degrees oven or in microwave on High until vegetables are tender. (Approximately ½ hour in oven or 15 to 20 minutes in microwave). Once cooked, if desired, broil for a couple of minutes to lightly brown top. Serves 4.
