½ large | Onion; chopped |
½ \N | Mango pepper; chopped |
16 ounces | Tomato sauce |
½ teaspoon | Cumin |
½ teaspoon | Oregano |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
3 \N | Garlic clove; minced |
1 small | Cabbage; cubed |
In large skillet brown ground beef; drain. Add onion, mango pepper and tomato sauce.Add seasonings. Cut cabbage into cubes; pull apart a little.
Add cabbage. Simmer 10-20 minutes in covered skillet.
