Hamburger and corn casserole

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground beef
¼ pounds Pork sausage
¼ cup Chopped onion
1 \N Clove garlic; finely chopped
20 \N Pitted ripe black olives; (up to 24)
1 can (16-oz.) whole tomatoes
1 can (16-oz.) whole corn; drained
1½ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Milk
2 teaspoons Chili powder
1 cup Cornmeal
2 \N Eggs; well-beaten
1 cup Cheddar cheese; shredded

Cook ground beef, pork sausage, onion and garlic until meat is nicely browned; drain if necessary. Stir in tomatoes with juice, drained corn, olives, chili powder and salt. Heat to boiling. Pour until an ungreased 9x9x2" baking dish. Mix cornmeal, milk and eggs; pour over the meat mixture. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes or until golden brown.
