Hamburger and potato casserole

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
4 mediums Potatoes
\N \N Sliced cheese
1 pounds Ground beef
¾ cup Canned milk
½ cup Soda crackers (14)
¼ cup Catsup
¼ cup Onions
1 tablespoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper

Slice potatoes in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch greased dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover potatoes with cheese. Mix the remaining ingredients together and place over the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1½ hours. Randy Rigg
