Ham appetillas (tortilla rollups)

Ingredients

1packTortillas; Super Size
16ouncesCream Cheese
cupMayonnaise
2tablespoonsGreen Onions; Chopped
¼cupBlack Olives; Chopped
1cupCheddar Cheese; Shredded
ounceSliced; Pressed, Cooked Ham

Directions

1. Remove tortillas from refrigerator.

2. Let stand at room temperature while preparing the filling.

3. Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, onions and olives.

4. Spread a layer of cheese mixture on each tortilla.

5. Arrange four ham slices over cheese.

6. Tightly roll up each tortilla and wrap individual rolls in waxed paper.

7. refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.

8. To serve, cut into ¾" diagonal slices.

Yields: 48 to 50 slices.
