Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Lean ground beef
1 each Medium onion
1 each Clove garlic minced
1 pack 4 oz uncooked noodles
½ cup Water
1 cup 10 1/2 oz beef broth
2½ cup Tomatoe juice
1 teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
1½ teaspoon Celery salt
1½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
⅓ cup Chopped green pepper
1 cup Reduced-fat sour cream
1 cup 4oz sliced mushrooms

Brown beef, onion and garlic in large skillet. Add noodles. Combine water, broth, tomato juice and seasonings; pour over noodles and meat mixture. Cover, simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
