| 4 | tablespoons | Diet Margarine -- (melted) |
| 8 | ounces | Shredded Cheese -- (Velveeta |

Directions
Combine rice and melted margarine. Add onions, cheese, celery, broccoli (frozen) and soup. Stir to mix. Place in 2 qt casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until rice is cooked (Cover while baking).
