Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Salad oil |
| 1 | cup | Chopped fresh parsley |
| 1 | cup | Chopped green pepper |
| 2 | Cloves garlic; chopped | |
| 1 | pounds | Grated sharp cheese |
| Salt & pepper to taste | ||
| 1 | cup | Chopped green onions with tops |
Directions
Cook rice according to package directions. Add all of the remaining ingredients. Bake in greased covered casserolw at 350 for 1 hour.
