Yield: 6 Servings
|2 cups||Uncooked rice|
|½ cup||Salad oil|
|1 cup||Chopped fresh parsley|
|1 cup||Chopped green pepper|
|2||Cloves garlic; chopped|
|1 pounds||Grated sharp cheese|
|Salt & pepper to taste|
|1 cup||Chopped green onions with tops|
Cook rice according to package directions. Add all of the remaining ingredients. Bake in greased covered casserolw at 350 for 1 hour.
