Ingredients

cupMilk
½cupSalad oil
1cupChopped fresh parsley
1cupChopped green pepper
2Cloves garlic; chopped
1poundsGrated sharp cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
1cupChopped green onions with tops

Directions

Cook rice according to package directions. Add all of the remaining ingredients. Bake in greased covered casserolw at 350 for 1 hour.
