Green rice #1

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Uncooked rice
1½ cup Milk
½ cup Salad oil
1 cup Chopped fresh parsley
1 cup Chopped green pepper
2 Cloves garlic; chopped
1 pounds Grated sharp cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
1 cup Chopped green onions with tops

Cook rice according to package directions. Add all of the remaining ingredients. Bake in greased covered casserolw at 350 for 1 hour.
