Watermelon compote

Yield: 2 Servings

Measure Ingredient
6 cups Watermelon balls
5 cups Cubed fresh pineapple
1½ cup Green grapes
1½ cup Seedless red grapes
¾ cup Creme de cassis (black currant liqueur)


Combine forst 4 ingredients in a bowl; toss gently. Add liqueur; toss gently to coat. Cover and chill. Yield: 12 servings. (about 130 calories per 1 cup serving)
