Grated carrot salad

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Bag; (10-oz.) grated carrots
1 \N Celery stalk; diced
1 \N Apple; chopped
⅓ cup Raisins
2 tablespoons Low-fat mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Plain fat-free yogurt
\N \N Salt and pepper

Put the carrots, celery, apple and raisins in a bowl. Toss with the mayonnaise and yogurt, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
