Carrot congealed salad

1pack(3-oz) lemon-flavored gelatin
2cupsBoiling water
2cupsShredded carrots
1cupDiced celery
1cupDrained; crushed pineapple
½cupChopped nuts

Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. After it begins to congeal, add other ingredients. Chill. Yield: 6 servings.
