Grape nut pudding

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 teaspoon Grated lemon rind
3 tablespoons Lemon juice
4 tablespoons Butter
½ cup Sugar
2 Egg yolks; well beaten
2 tablespoons Flour
4 tablespoons Grape nuts
1 cup Milk
2 Stiffly beaten egg whites

From: davidk6732@... (DavidK6732) Date: 6 Sep 1995 11:19:57 -0500 Add rind and sugar to butter; cream well. Add egg yolks; beat well. Add lemon juice, flour, grape nuts, and milk. Mix well. Fold in egg whites.

Bake in a greased pan. Place pan in hot water. Bake at 325 degrees for about one hour.
