Grape nut pudding

| 2 | Egg yolks; well beaten | |

| 4 | tablespoons | Grape nuts |
| 1 | cup | Milk |
| 2 | Stiffly beaten egg whites | |
Directions
From: davidk6732@... (DavidK6732) Date: 6 Sep 1995 11:19:57 -0500 Add rind and sugar to butter; cream well. Add egg yolks; beat well. Add lemon juice, flour, grape nuts, and milk. Mix well. Fold in egg whites.
Bake in a greased pan. Place pan in hot water. Bake at 325 degrees for about one hour.
