Memere's grape nut pudding

Ingredients

| 4 | cups | Milk scalded |
| 4 | Eggs | |
| 1 | cup | White sugar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | cup | Grape nuts |
Directions
Mix together all ingredients. Pour into a 2 or 3 quart oven safe baking dish. Set dish in a pan of water so that water comes up half way on the baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
