Grandma's chicken casserole

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 Boneless chicken breasts (up to 3)
1 pack Stove-top stuffing mix
1 can (small) mushrooms
8 ounces Sour cream
1 can Cream of chicken soup
1½ cup Chicken broth
2 tablespoons Butter

Melt butter and add stuffing. Spread three fourths mixture in bottom of casserole. In bowl, tear up chicken. Add mushrooms, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, broth, and grated cheese (optional). Mix well and pour over stuffing. Add remaining stuffing. Bake at 350 30 minutes.
