Grandma's rice casserole

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Egg
1 cup Grated Cheddar cheese
1 \N (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped
\N \N Spinach
2 cups Cooked rice
½ cup Chopped onion
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
\N \N Fresh ground pepper
¼ cup Grated Cheddar -- save for
\N \N The top

In medium bowl beat egg. Add rest and mix. Grease 1½ quart casserole baking dish. Spoon in mix. Smooth top. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 4-6. Microwave: Save sprinkle Cheddar. Bake 8 minutes. Stir, rotate and sprinkle.

Bake 5 minutes.
