Graham cracker bread

Measure Ingredient
---Small Loaf---
1 cup Milk
2 tablespoons Butter
2 tablespoons Dark corn syrup
2 teaspoons Vanilla extract; not imitation
1¾ cup All-purpose flour; unbleached
1 pack Graham crackers(11); crushed
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1½ teaspoon Active dry yeast -Large Loaf---
1½ cup Milk
3 tablespoons Butter
3 tablespoons Dark corn syrup
1 tablespoon Vanilla extract; not imitation
3 cups All-purpose flour; unbleached
1½ pack Graham crackers(18); crushed
1½ teaspoon Cinnamon
2 teaspoons Active dry yeast

Pour all wet ingredients into bread machine baking pan. Measure all other ingredients except yeast into baking pan. Sprinkle yeast over dry ingredients, being careful not to get yeast wet. Use rapid bake cycle on your machine for this loaf.
