Homemade graham crackers

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Graham or whole wheat flour
1 cup Unbleacherd flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
¼ cup Marggarine or butter
½ cup Honey
¼ cup Milk



Combine flours, baking powder. Cut in butter or margarine until the consistency of cornmeal. Stir in honey. Add milk to make stiff dough.

Roll out on floured surface to ¼ inch thickness.

Cut into squares. Prick with fork. Brush with milk Bake at 400 F on ungreased baking sheet for 18 minutes or until golden brown.
