Yield: 6 Servings
|1 cup||Graham or whole wheat flour|
|1 cup||Unbleacherd flour|
|1 teaspoon||Baking powder|
|¼ cup||Marggarine or butter|
Combine flours, baking powder. Cut in butter or margarine until the consistency of cornmeal. Stir in honey. Add milk to make stiff dough.
Roll out on floured surface to ¼ inch thickness.
Cut into squares. Prick with fork. Brush with milk Bake at 400 F on ungreased baking sheet for 18 minutes or until golden brown.
