½ | pounds | Dates, pitted an chopped |
½ | cup | Chopped nuts |
½ | pounds | Marshmallows, diced |
3 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
Roll crackers. Combine ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Add cream if too dry. Form in roll. Wrap in waxed paper. Let stand overnight.
Slice. Serve with whipped cream. 10 servings.
