Good habit tuna melt

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Drained, flaked, water-packd
\N \N Tuna
1 tablespoon Each diced celery and red
\N \N Onion
1 tablespoon Diet mayonnaise
¾ teaspoon Prepared mustard
\N \N Dash oregano
\N \N Salt and pepper to taste
1 \N Slice whole grain bread
1 ounce Sliced low-fat mozzarella
\N \N Cheese

1. Preheat broiler.

2. In small bowl combine tuna, celery, red onion, mayonnaise and mustard.

3. Add seasonings. Mix well.

4. Toast bread and spread with tuna mixture. Top with cheese. (If desired, cut into narrow slices and weave) 5. Broil until tuna is hot and cheese has melted.
