Tuna melt pitas

Ingredients

| ¾ | cup | Diced celery |
| ¾ | cup | Shredded Cheddar cheese |
| ⅓ | cup | Mayonnaise |
| 2 | Green onions, chopped | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Green pickle relish |
| 10 | Mini pita breads | |
| Paprika | ||
Directions
Drain and flake tuna. In bowl, combine tuna, celery, Cheddar, mayonnaise, onions and relish.
Cut pitas in half to form circles; arrange on baking sheet. Top each half with heaping tablespoon tuna mixture. Sprinkle with paprika to taste. (Pitas can be prepared to this point, covered and refrigerated for up to 1 day.)
