|1 pounds||Fresh mushrooms|
|11 cans||Beef broth|
Wash mushrooms thoroughly & cut off stems. Saute in butter for 3-4 minutes.
Pour in beef broth. Season with salt, pepper, soy sauce & Worcestershire to taste. Bring to a slow boil. Reduce heat, simmer for 15 minutes. Yields 4 servings.
