Garlic mushrooms

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
50 grams Butter; (2oz)
2 Cloves garlic; crushed
375 grams Button mushrooms; (12oz)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons Freshly chopped parsley
1 tablespoon Freshly chopped coriander

Melt the butter and add the garlic and mushrooms. Saute over a high heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add seasoning to taste and sprinkle over the fresh herbs. Serve immediately, with crusty bread. Converted by MC_Buster.
