Golden country grits

Ingredients

| 4 | cups | Grits, cooked |
| 1 | cup | Shredded sharp cheddar cheese |
| 2 | Eggs, lightly beaten | |
| ¼ | cup | Butter or margarine, melted |
| 1 | tablespoon | Minced fresh parsley |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Pour into a greased 1-½-qt. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 30 minutes.
