Ditt's grits

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
6cupsWater; boiling
2teaspoonsSalt
cupGrits
1Stick margarine
1poundsVelveeta cheese
3Eggs
2cansGreen chile; chopped

Directions

Add 1½ cups grits to boiling water.

Cook slowly and add margerine and cheese.

Stir until melted.

Beat eggs to add to mixture; stir in green chiles.

Pour into greased cassarole dish.
