Easy veggie kugel

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 pounds Frozen vegetables; (or fresh) cooked
3 Eggs; or 6 whites
3 tablespoons Onion soup mix
3 tablespoons Mayonnaise; or low-fat mayo
Wheat germ

Directions

Chop the veggies. Combine with rest, except wheat germ. Sprinkle a greased 9"x13" pan, and sprinkle with wheat germ. Spoon veggie misture over.

Sprinkle top with wheat germ. Bake 35-40 min. at 375F.

NOTES : Use cauliflower, broccoli, mixed veggies, or any combination.
