Easy veggie kugel

Ingredients

2 | pounds | Frozen vegetables; (or fresh) cooked |
3 | Eggs; or 6 whites | |
3 | tablespoons | Onion soup mix |
3 | tablespoons | Mayonnaise; or low-fat mayo |
Wheat germ |
Directions
Chop the veggies. Combine with rest, except wheat germ. Sprinkle a greased 9"x13" pan, and sprinkle with wheat germ. Spoon veggie misture over.
Sprinkle top with wheat germ. Bake 35-40 min. at 375F.
NOTES : Use cauliflower, broccoli, mixed veggies, or any combination.
