Ginger soy dipping sauce

Ingredients

| 2 | tablespoons | Honey |
| 2 | Garlic clove(s), minced | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Ginger, minced |
| 2 | Scallions, minced | |
| 1 | (to 3) serrano, jalape¤o or other hot chilies thinly sliced crosswise | |
Directions
Combine the lime juice. tamari or soy sauce, water, honey, garlic, ginger, and scallions in a mixing bowl and whisk to mix. If the sauce tastes too strong, add a little more water. Just before serving, transfer the sauce to a bowl and float the chili slices on top.
