Ginger soy dipping sauce

6tablespoonsTamari or soy sauce
¼cupWater
2tablespoonsHoney
2Garlic clove(s), minced
1teaspoonGinger, minced
2Scallions, minced
1(to 3) serrano, jalape¤o or other hot chilies thinly sliced crosswise

Directions

Combine the lime juice. tamari or soy sauce, water, honey, garlic, ginger, and scallions in a mixing bowl and whisk to mix. If the sauce tastes too strong, add a little more water. Just before serving, transfer the sauce to a bowl and float the chili slices on top.
