German potato salad #1

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
8 mediums Potatos boiled and peeled
1 each Onion
¼ pounds Bacon diced
3 tablespoons Vinegar
Pepper
Salt

Directions

Slice potatos and put in large bowel. Fry bacon,not too crisp.Dice onion and cook in bacon drippings.Pour all over potatos,drippings still hot.Add vinegar,salt and pepperand mix. Let sit several hours.Enjoy! German Potato Salad
