Gazpacho 3

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Green peppers,; seeded
2 \N Red peppers,; seeded
1 \N Red onion
2 \N Tomatoes,; peeled and seeded
2 \N Cloves garlic,; chopped
2 cups Spicy tomato juice
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Dill,; chopped
2 tablespoons Basil,; chopped
\N \N Salt and pepper
\N \N Croutes for garnish

In a food processor or blender, combine peppers, onions, tomatoes, and garlic. Puree to desired consistency. Add tomato juice, oil, vinegar, lemon juice, herbs, salt and pepper. Chill and garnish with croutes.
