Gazpacho #4

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Soft bread crumbs
½ cup Water
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Olive oil
3 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
1 Clove (small) garlic; minced
1 tablespoon Chopped onion
2 tablespoons Diced pimiento
2 cups Peeled; diced tomatoes
⅓ cup Finely chopped celery
⅓ cup Finely chopped green pepper
3 dashes Tabasco; more or less
2 cups Tomato juice

Pur‚e all ingredients except tomato juice in blender. Add juice and mix until well blended. Much better made a day ahead. Yield: 4 servings.
