Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Soft bread crumbs |
| ½ | cup | Water |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 2 | tablespoons | Olive oil |
| 3 | tablespoons | Red wine vinegar |
| 1 | Clove (small) garlic; minced | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Chopped onion |
| 2 | tablespoons | Diced pimiento |
| 2 | cups | Peeled; diced tomatoes |
| ⅓ | cup | Finely chopped celery |
| ⅓ | cup | Finely chopped green pepper |
| 3 | dashes | Tabasco; more or less |
| 2 | cups | Tomato juice |
Directions
Pure all ingredients except tomato juice in blender. Add juice and mix until well blended. Much better made a day ahead. Yield: 4 servings.
