Garlic-lemon-herb rub

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Garlic; minced
¼ cup Lemon zest; grated (about 2 lemons)
½ cup Parsley; fresh, chopped fine
2 tablespoons Thyme; fresh chopped
2 tablespoons Rosemary; fresh, chopped
2 tablespoons Sage; fresh, chopped
½ cup Olive oil

In a small bowl, combine ingredients and mix well. Use the day it is mixed.

NOTES : Great on game hens and chicken before grilling.
