Rosemary-garlic rub

teaspoonGrated lemon peel
1teaspoonDried rosemary leaves; crushed
½teaspoonSalt
½teaspoonDried thyme leaves
½teaspoonCoarsely ground black pepper
2Garlic cloves; minced

Directions

In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients. Rub over 2 pounds of the meat of your choice and grill to desired doneness.
