Rosemary-garlic rub

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ teaspoon Grated lemon peel
1 teaspoon Dried rosemary leaves; crushed
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Dried thyme leaves
½ teaspoon Coarsely ground black pepper
2 \N Garlic cloves; minced

In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients. Rub over 2 pounds of the meat of your choice and grill to desired doneness.
