Garlic turkey sausage

Ingredients

| 5 | Feet small hog or sheep casings | |
| 5 | pounds | Turkey-15% fat | 
| 1 | tablespoon | Ground coriander seed | 
| 2 | teaspoons | Salt, or to taste | 
| 2 | teaspoons | Black pepper | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Garlic powder OR- | 
| 2 | cloves | Finely minced garlic | 
Directions
Prepare the casings. Grind turkey through the fine disk; combine with remaining ingredients and grind again. Stuff casings and twist of into 3" links. Saute in vegetable oil until evenly browned and cooked trhough.
