Orange minted marinade

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Grated orange peel
¼ cup Fresh orange juice
¼ cup Chopped fresh mint leaves
2 tablespoons Sesame seeds; toasted
1 tablespoon Olive or vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Coarsely chopped garlic
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Coarsely ground pepper

In small bowl stir all ingredients. Use for a marinade with choice of Honeysuckle White Fresh Turkey. Yield: ⅓ cup. from
