Yield: 6 Servings
|1 pack||(8-oz) pitted dates|
|1 can||(3.5-oz) flaked coconut|
|½ cup||Chopped nuts|
|½ pounds||Dried figs|
|1 tablespoon||Orange juice|
|1 teaspoon||Grated orange rind|
Put dates, coconut, nuts, and figs through food chopper. Knead in the orange juice and rind. Press into greased loafpan, or shape into balls.
Shaped small balls may be rolled in toasted, chopped coconut, or finely ground nuts. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
