Fruit sweets

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (8-oz) pitted dates
1 can (3.5-oz) flaked coconut
½ cup Chopped nuts
½ pounds Dried figs
1 tablespoon Orange juice
1 teaspoon Grated orange rind

Put dates, coconut, nuts, and figs through food chopper. Knead in the orange juice and rind. Press into greased loafpan, or shape into balls.

Shaped small balls may be rolled in toasted, chopped coconut, or finely ground nuts. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
