Fried onion with mustard

1 | tablespoon | Olive oil |
450 | grams | Red onions - peeled and sliced; (1lb) |
1½ | tablespoon | Schwartz Mustard Seed |
1 | teaspoon | Sugar |
1 | tablespoon | Vinegar |
1 | teaspoon | Schwartz Thyme |

\N | \N | Schwartz Coarse Ground Black Pepper |
1 | teaspoon | Lemon juice |
Heat the oil and butter in a large frying pan and fry the onions and 1 tbs Mustard Seed for 1-2 minutes. Add the sugar, vinegar and Thyme. Fry gently, stirring occasionally, for 10-15 minutes. Remove from the heat and add the salt, Pepper and lemon juice. Crush the remaining Mustard Seeds and stir in just before serving.
