Directions
Melt 2 Tbls. butter in non stick skillet over med high heat. Add 3 cups thinly sliced onions & cook 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned & tender. Remove from heat & stir in ⅛ tsp. each of salt & pepper.
