Cheese steaks

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Very thin sliced round steak
2 \N Chopped tomatoes
1 \N Yellow bell pepper; chopped
1 \N Onion; chopped
1 \N Red bell pepper; chopped
½ cup Chopped parsley
2 \N Cloves garlic; minced
¼ teaspoon Chili powder
2 tablespoons Oil
\N \N Velveeta cheese or other soft cheese
6 \N Hero rolls; split and toasted

Stir fry peppers, onion, garlic, parsley and chili powder until onion is clear of color, stir in tomatoes and drain. In a large skillet, heat oil and cook round steak, several slices at a time, turning until browned.

Arrange steak on toasted buns and top with cheese (if using Velveeta cut in slices). Broil 4 inches from heat just until cheese melts. Top with tomato mixture and serve.
