Cheese steaks

1½ | pounds | Very thin sliced round steak |
2 | \N | Chopped tomatoes |
1 | \N | Yellow bell pepper; chopped |
1 | \N | Onion; chopped |
1 | \N | Red bell pepper; chopped |
½ | cup | Chopped parsley |
2 | \N | Cloves garlic; minced |
¼ | teaspoon | Chili powder |
2 | tablespoons | Oil |
\N | \N | Velveeta cheese or other soft cheese |
6 | \N | Hero rolls; split and toasted |
Stir fry peppers, onion, garlic, parsley and chili powder until onion is clear of color, stir in tomatoes and drain. In a large skillet, heat oil and cook round steak, several slices at a time, turning until browned.
Arrange steak on toasted buns and top with cheese (if using Velveeta cut in slices). Broil 4 inches from heat just until cheese melts. Top with tomato mixture and serve.
