Cheese steaks

Ingredients

| 1½ | pounds | Very thin sliced round steak |
| 2 | Chopped tomatoes | |
| 1 | Yellow bell pepper; chopped | |
| 1 | Onion; chopped | |
| 1 | Red bell pepper; chopped | |
| ½ | cup | Chopped parsley |
| 2 | Cloves garlic; minced | |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Chili powder |
| 2 | tablespoons | Oil |
| Velveeta cheese or other soft cheese | ||
| 6 | Hero rolls; split and toasted | |
Directions
Stir fry peppers, onion, garlic, parsley and chili powder until onion is clear of color, stir in tomatoes and drain. In a large skillet, heat oil and cook round steak, several slices at a time, turning until browned.
Arrange steak on toasted buns and top with cheese (if using Velveeta cut in slices). Broil 4 inches from heat just until cheese melts. Top with tomato mixture and serve.
