|1½ pounds||Very thin sliced round steak|
|2 \N||Chopped tomatoes|
|1 \N||Yellow bell pepper; chopped|
|1 \N||Onion; chopped|
|1 \N||Red bell pepper; chopped|
|½ cup||Chopped parsley|
|2 \N||Cloves garlic; minced|
|¼ teaspoon||Chili powder|
|\N \N||Velveeta cheese or other soft cheese|
|6 \N||Hero rolls; split and toasted|
Stir fry peppers, onion, garlic, parsley and chili powder until onion is clear of color, stir in tomatoes and drain. In a large skillet, heat oil and cook round steak, several slices at a time, turning until browned.
Arrange steak on toasted buns and top with cheese (if using Velveeta cut in slices). Broil 4 inches from heat just until cheese melts. Top with tomato mixture and serve.
