| 1 | slice | American cheese; (I like SWISS), up to 2 |
| 1 | tablespoon | Sauteed onions-optional |
| 2 | tablespoons | Sauteed mushrooms-optional |
| Salt and pepper to taste | ||
| White; Italian or whole wheat bread; pizza dough | ||
Directions
WRAPPER
Coat inside of wrapper with oil seasoned with oregano. Layer remaining ingredients and season. Coat outside of wrapper with seasoned olive oil.
