Fresh strawberry butter - country cooking

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Sliced fresh strawberries, pureed |
| 1 | cup | (2 sticks) butter, softened |
| 2 | tablespoons | Confectioners' sugar |
Directions
1. In food processor fitted with plastic blade, or in medium-size bowl with electric mixer, beat strawberry puree into butter until fairly smooth (mixture should have a few little pieces of fruit).
2. Beat in sugar; pack strawberry butter into serving bowl or mold.
Refrigerate until firm.
