Basic pineapple salsa recipe

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Pineapple (mango also works fine)
2 tablespoons Chopped onion
2 tablespoons Minced jalapeno
¼ cup Chopped cilantro
¼ cup Lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Put into blender and vrummmmm. Canned, crushed pineapple can substitute fresh pineapple and makes the dish very easy to prepare.
