Yield: 10 Servings
|¼ cup||Oats, regular; uncooked|
|¼ cup||Flour, all-purpose|
|1½ teaspoon||Wheat germ|
|1¼ teaspoon||Baking powder|
|¼ cup||Oil, vegetable|
Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir in sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add buttermilk, oil, and egg, stirring just until moistened (batter will be lumpy).
Fill well-greased muffin cups ⅔ full. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
