|1 cup||All purpose flour;|
|2 teaspoons||Baking powder;|
|1 tablespoon||Margerine or butter;|
Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Cut in butter until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Add milk, stir until just moistened. Divide into 6 portions and spoon onto bubbling stew, soup or meat mixture. Cover tightly and simmer 15 minutes without lifting lid.
