|1 \N||Egg beaten|
|4 teaspoons||Baking powder|
A dumpling recipe from a friend's mother.
Sift dry ingredients together. Add beaten egg, butter and enough milk to make a moist, stiff batter. Roll out as thin as possible. Drop in boiling broth. Cook for about 18 minutes or until done.
