Fit 'n' fast bruschetta

Yield: 9 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 medium Plum tomato; seeded and chopped
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh basil
1 teaspoon Grated parmesan cheese
¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
⅛ teaspoon Black pepper
9 \N Melba rounds or toasts

In small bowl, combine tomato, basil, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and black pepper. Spoon about 1 tablespoon tomato mixture onto each melba round.

Makes 9 servings. Preparation time: About 5 minutes.
